Shipping Within The UK
We offer either a 3/5 day service with Evri (£3.95) or a faster DPD delivery (£5.95) which takes 48 hours Monday to Friday but deliveries are not made at the weekend.
Please note that orders received after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders received during November and December may take a little longer to be processed and delivered due to higher order volumes. If you are concerned about your order please email us at info@rockandruddle.co.uk
Personalised and Design Your Own orders are individually made in our factory and take up to 14 days to manufacture prior to being shipped. Shipping times are as above.
Shipping Outside of the UK
We can ship to most countries, usually via E-PAQ, we charge you at cost price. Please see prices quoted and delivery times when you enter your address.
Please note that an overseas delivery can take 5-20 working days. Certain parcel may require customs clearance in some countries and this can result in the delivery taking longer than the 20 working days. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as parcels will be sent back to us if there is any mistake which will result in a longer delivery time.

Returns
At Rock & Ruddle we want you to be happy with every purchase you make.
We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.
Returns within 30 days of purchase – Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them for a full refund or replacement. Please email us before returning the goods at info@rockandruddle.com
We will then email you a returns authorization number. Return your goods with a note detailing:
- Your order number
- Your returns authorization number
Ideally, wrap the item(s) securely in original packaging, mark the outside of the package with your returns authorization number.
